British car-marker Aston Martin decided to enter the luxury real estate market and developed the high-end building Aston Martin Tower, which recently reached the 66th and final floor. Introducing the new luxury Aston Martin Residences

Aston Martin partnered with G and G Business Developments, a branch of the Argentinean Coto family responsible for luxury Real Estate projects, to build an impressive/unique waterfront high-end condo at the beginning of Miami River. The tower will have 66 floors with almost 400 residences and amazing views of Biscayne Bay. There will be a total of 8 penthouses including a duplex, all with private pools and terraces. The building has now reached the 66th and final floor and it is expected to be delivered this year.

Aston Martin design team together with the Real Estate Project architects brought a new concept to the Miami Skyline. The idea was to “tie” the building with the ocean. The sail-shaped form of the tower carries that idea in a mix of elegance, clean lines, style and technology.

This amazing luxury real estate project was recently announced by Aston Martin and G and G developers, so many details are still a mystery. What was revealed is that the interiors will be influenced by Aston Martin cars design, specially the Fibonnacci series. All interiors will be designed to express the art-of-living philosophy the British brand carries, but also consider the Florida’s Tropical life style.
