Those who are looking for more residential and quiet areas, with good quality of life, green spaces, and above-average schools, are starting to look at regions outside these centers. Two cities close to Miami stand out in this regard, according to Heloisa Arazi, owner of AMG International Realty, a luxury real estate firm in Miami.

The city of Doral is considered one of the fastest-growing cities in South Florida. Initially, the region was taken over by golf resorts. Gradually the place started attracting tourists and investors as well, who saw opportunities in the Real Estate market. Its proximity to Miami International Airport has also attracted several companies, including some renowned American multinationals, which operate in the import and export segment.
