Good news for Boca Raton residents and visitors! A new ice skating arena project is moving forward. In fact, the developers just got a $14 million construction loan. The project will be called Boca Ice and Fine Arts Center and will be locate at 900 Peninsula Corporate Circle.
Built on 4.7 acres, the project will feature two national hockey league-sized ice sheets. In addition, it will also offer a sky-lounge mezzanine floor, and running track. Furthermore, this cool Boca Raton development will also feature private training, locker rooms, and a store with hockey and figure skating gear.
The project will also feature 165 parking spots on site and another 265 at an adjacent property for weekends. Everything is on track to open by mid 2022.
This new project is a great addition to the fast-growing Boca Raton area.
