Hialeah, also known as the “City of Progress” is slated for a new community. The new $90 million Hialeah rental community will expand living options in the area. This new project will consist of a 10-story apartment rental building. Inside, the community will feature 433 units. In addition, “Metro Parc” will also feature a restaurant or marketplace. In fact, this will be a Latin-inspired version of Time Out Market Miami.
Furthermore, this Hialeah rental community will come with plenty of amenities. For example. it will feature co-working spaces, an outdoor kitchen, a gym, a pool, and more. In addition, the developers are planning to bring a handful of Hialeah-based artists to paint the façade of the project.
Units in the project will range from about 500 square feet to 800 square feet. The smallest units will be studios, while the biggest ones will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. As for the rent prices, they will likely go for about $2.30 per square foot. This will make rents in the building range from arond $1,150 to $1,840 per month.
Hialeah is the sixth largest city in Florida. Right now, there are many new and exciting projects in the pipeline in the area.
