The elegant island of Sunny Isles Beach is home to one of the best seaside resorts in the United States and one of the most luxurious communities in the world. There are approximately 3 kilometers of coastline that offer beautiful and paradisiacal beaches. Some of the most expensive residential condos in the world are on the island. This is the case with the Porsche Design Tower and Armani Residences. Sunny Isles borders the neighborhoods of Aventura and Bal Harbor, two neighborhoods dear to Brazilians for housing two of the main shopping centers in the city: 1 – Aventura Mall and 2 – Bal Harbor Shops.
