The commercial building 830 Brickell has reached the “Top-Off” stage, when it reaches the maximum height of the construction (top floor). The development has 55 floors and is now the second tallest office building in Miami, at 220 meters high, behind the Southeast Financial center.
The Brickell area in Downtown Miami, also known as the financial district of South Florida, is home to several commercial and office complexes and is nicknamed the “Manhattan of the South”. In recent years, Brickell has also seen residential and mixed-use mega-projects. Some of the most luxurious condominiums in the world chose the vibrant and trendy region to build their towers. Some of them are towers associated with major brands such as Baccarat (Baccarat Residences) and Aston Martin (Aston Martin Tower).
Some of the new residential projects in Brickell and Downtown are being developed in a “Shared” format, that is, they can be rented for a season, taking advantage of the great demand on online rental platforms, such as Airbnb and Booking. See here the main projects focused on Airbnb in Brickell.
The 830 Brickell already has more than half of its space leased. Some major corporations such as Microsoft, WeWork and Marsh Insurance have already secured their spaces in the complex, which will also offer a Michelin-starred rooftop restaurant and lounge.
The completion of the work and delivery of the spaces to the tenants is scheduled for the end of 2022.
