Bal Harbour Shops is one of Miami’s top malls and is considered one of the most luxurious in Florida. Famous for its designer stores and expensive brands, Bal Harbour Shops is also considered the most lucrative and productive shopping mall in the world with a revenue of $2,555 per square foot (before pandemic), beating out malls in New York, London, Dubai and also Orlando. The mall has a more exclusive and high-standard profile, with a very pleasant and inviting architecture. It’s worth knowing, even if you don’t buy anything and just want to go for a walk.
The mall offers a super pleasant atmosphere, with an open-air boardwalk, gardens, fountains and great restaurants. It is not a crowded place, as in the outlets. It is an alternative for those who want to go shopping in Miami in a more discreet and exclusive way.

Bal Harbour Shops has two department stores: Neyman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue, where you may be able to find products a little more affordable, but even so, they are high-end products and generally more expensive.
