Casa D’Angelo Restaurant offers authentic Italian cuisine with a Tuscan touch in a cozy athmosphere that will make you feel at home: this is the promise and concept of this restaurant in Aventura, headed by Chef Angelo Elia, preparing real delights inspired by European traditions.
Angelo Elia was born in Salerno, Italy, and says that he fell in love with cooking at his mother’s kitchen and also inspired by his father’s work as a butcher.
The Italian chef has created a conceptual space that values romanticism, offering a unique experience by combining traditional Italian cuisine with charming decor, which really wins over its visitors.
Regarding the menu, Casa D’Angelo suggests three different menus, one for each moment of the day: brunch, lunch and dinner, although the essence and main ingredients of each menu are very similar.
Regarding the options with seafood, some deserve to be highlighted, such as the tuna crostini, the octopus accompanied by prawns with lemon vinaigrette, the crab cake with mustard and whole grain, among other recipes with salmon, shrimp, squid and others.
Speaking of other types of meat, a good option may be the roasted veal loin accompanied by capers and watercress, in addition to having other options with pork, beef, lamb, everything to satisfy all desires in any of the three menu.
You can find all the main Italian dishes here, such as various types of pasta and raviolis, as well as meatballs, Italian sausage and the central ingredients of Tuscan cuisine.
As it could not be otherwise, the wine list is an attraction in itself. Having been handpicked by chef Angelo, it presents options from practically all over the world and from the most diverse vintages, in addition to, in the drinks list, also presenting options of champagnes and cocktails.
It is also worth mentioning that the restaurant regularly holds specific events, so you can stay tuned to your schedule to find out when the day is to enjoy a meeting between Italian and other parts of the world, through chefs invited especially for these nights, or if it will be the wine tasting day, among other events that move the restaurant throughout the year.
Another highlight is the possibility to reserve a space for up to 40 people, for casual celebrations or business events.
