Yesterday we brought some October indicators on the Orlando Real Estate market. The figures show a still-heated market, especially for the single-family homes segment. What is most impressive is the increasingly low inventory, reaffirming an strong “seller” trend.
Many clients and friends ask me if it would be better to wait to buy, since the market is more favorable for those who sell. The answer is “no”. Orlando home prices have risen, but the increase cannot be said to be so significant to justify waiting for a possible fall. In addition, interest rates in the US are historically low. It is the lowest basic rate since 1970. If you wait, probably you will face higher rates in the future.
