Sunny Isles Beach is one of Miami’s most elegant communities, famous for its luxury oceanfront skyscrapers. The island is also known as the “Riviera of Florida” and its beaches are among the most beautiful in the USA. No wonder the demand for real estate in the region has increased, putting the island in the sights of investors looking for income with short term rental. Marenas Resort is a 25-story oceanfront condo hotel in Sunny Isles Beach with stunning ocean views. Get off the elevator, open the door and you’re on the beach (“foot-in-the-sand” concept). Altogether there are 210 1 and 2 bedroom units ranging in size from 65 to 140 m2. All rooms offer beautiful ocean and/or intracoastal views.
Among the amenities and services offered at Marenas Resort are: infinity pool, pool bar, restaurant overlooking the sea, gym, spa, beauty salon, concierge, housekeeping, room service, business center, valet parking, lobby bar , between others.
4 – Solé on the Ocean (Condo Hotel)
Solé Miami is also a beachfront condominium (walk-in-the-sand). It has 23 floors, 147 residential apartments and 250 hotel rooms, ranging in size from 65 to 130 m2. It offers beautiful ocean and city views.
Among the amenities and services offered at Solé are: infinity pool overlooking the sea, restaurant, pool bar, gym, spa, 24-hour reception and security, concierge, housekeeping and room service.
5 – Acqualina Resort & Spa
Acqualina Resort has been named the best resort in the US several times and continues to win awards. The complex is one of the most luxurious in Sunny Isles Beach and offers residential and hotel units. Some units in the hotel part can be purchased within a condo-hotel program.
The resort offers two restaurants, including the renowned Il Mulino New York, three oceanfront pools, a beach club with 5-star service, room service, a full gym, spa, beauty salon, concierge, valet, 24-hour security and a lot more.
