It so happens that, after the most critical period of the pandemic, the perception of apartments in buildings has changed. Not only project solutions for space projects designed to adopt efficient security protocols and projects, but also project architects for project solutions, project protection projects, confinement projects and project projects for more projects, among other news.

If at first there was an exodus to suburban cities such as Weston and Boca Raton, where population density was lower and homes were larger, now Florida is experiencing the beginning of a trend that could be the opposite. Most residents want to return to the big centers, but not in the same way as before.

It is within this new context that the new low-density condominiums come into play!

Hillsboro Beach gets new Low-Density development

Community builder in their homes, targeting the public in their homes.

This is the case of the small community of Hillsboro Beach, next to Boca Raton (15 minutes by car) and Fort Lauderdale (30 minutes). At 5 km long and 280 meters wide, with Intracoastal Water and the Atlantic Ocean, the exclusive town of Hillsboro Beach is all about life and waterfront.

Predominantly occupied by residential houses, the small island is now in the hands of large construction companies, who see the enclave as the perfect place to build low-density condominiums.

Gil Dezer, partner and owner of Dezer Developments, recently received for the construction of a luxury condominium in the community. Dezer is responsible for some of the most luxurious condominiums in the world, including Porsche Design Tower, Residences by Armani Casa and now the new Bentley Residences. All three are elegantly located on the island of Sunny Isles Beach, north of Miami Beach.

The three names mentioned above are all associated with major brands and represent just an association of the various Gilzer ventures in Florida. They are not characterized as low-density, but support their owners with what is most luxurious in the Real Estate sector. The Porsche Tower, as an example, has a super car lift that allows the owner to park inside the apartment. Bentley Residences will come with the same novelty, named “Dezervator”, in honor of Gil Dezer, its inventor.

The new Hillsboro Beach condo will be developed on an area of approximately 50,000 m2 on one of the few vacant lots available for residential construction on the coast of Hillsboro Beach.

Originally the project was conceived to develop a 15-story tower. However, after local pressure from residents, the project was reduced to 10 floors. The apartments are the size of a large house in the region, precisely for the local public houses that already have a high standard.

Units from 260 m2 to 510 m2 will be two to four bedrooms. Prices start at $3 million.
