The Walt Disney World resort in Orlando recently announced that it will no longer require masks for guests who are vaccinated. The mask will remain a requirement for the use of transport within the center and for those who are not fully vaccinated. The rule is valid from Thursday (17/02), as reported by the NY TIMES. Disneyland in California will introduce similar measures.
It was not clear to the American newspaper report whether the rules will also extend to the group’s employees and how control will be given.
Relaxation of mask use follows country context
Following the same trend, Universal Resort released similar measures regarding the policy on the use of face coverings. While not requiring proof of vaccinations, Universal Studios has determined that wearing masks is now optional for fully vaccinated guests.
Changes in protective measures, especially with regard to the use of masks, is inherent to the context through which the whole country goes through. Gradually the US is relaxing the rules on the use of face coverings.

Tourism is making a comeback in Florida
Since the reopening of the borders on November 8, tourism in the Florida region has been recovering in full force. It is not yet at the levels of 2018/2019, but it is already showing signs that 2022 will be a promising year.
A strong indicator of this recovery is the flow of passengers at Orlando International Airport (MCO), which exceeded 40 million in 2021, placing it at the top of the ranking (first position) among the busiest airports in Florida and 7th place in the whole the country. In 2019, the flow of passengers in the MCO was over 50 million.
Investors attentive to the real estate market
With the resumption of tourism comes investments! Investors from all over the world are betting on Orlando Vacation Homes as one of the best investment options in the world. The so-called Vacation Homes, which are vacation homes for vacation rentals, are the most sought after and there is no longer enough inventory to meet the demand. Most customers are on a waiting list.
