Basketball star Dwayne Wade recently sold his Miami Beach waterfront mansion for $22 million. Along with his wife Gabrielle Union, Wade acquired the Miami home for $11 million back in 2010. The beautiful waterfront home was originally built in 1940 and expanded in 2006.
The luxurious home is two stories. In addition, it has a bunch of amazing amenities. For example, a rec room with arcade games, a movie room, a basketball court, a Jungle Gym, a pool, and more. Furthermore, there is also a home office, bar, and wine room.
Originally, the Miami Beach waterfront mansion was listed for $26.5 million. However, despite the high demand for luxury homes in South Florida, the mansion sold for about 20% less than its listing price. The Wades currently live in Los Angeles, and have been trying to sell the property since 2019.
