Recently, NBA legend Dwyane Wade sold his Miami Beach mansion for $22M. Wade spent 16 years in the NBA, and many of those years were spent playing for the Miami Heat. Not only is this waterfront home an absolute dream come true, but it also features a Miami Heat-themed basketball court. Originally, the basketball star was asking for $32.5 million for the home. However, the $22M selling price was over twice what he paid for back in 2010 ($10.6M).
