Right now, there is a total condo craze in South Florida, and Melo Group is joining it. The group is building a two-tower project in Edgewater Miami. The project will be located on a 5-acre site that has been assembling for more than a decade.
Aria Reserve Miami will consist of two towers, bringing around 800 units to Edgewater Miami. The first tower will have 391 units. The group is launching condo sales on this tower, and waiting to launch the second tower based on demand. Construction on the south tower could begin as early as next year. It will likely be completed in 2024.
Prices for units at Aria Reserve’s first building will start at $750,000. The penthouses will cost up to $12 million. In addition, most of the units range from one to four bedrooms, featuring between 1,100 square feet, and 2,600 square feet. The penthouses will range from 3,500 square feet to over 9,000 square feet.
Furthermore, the designer of the towers is Bernardo Fort-Bresica of Arquitectonica with interiors by MORADA Haute Furniture Boutique. In addition, amenities for the project include a 2-acre recreation deck with a pool, spa, gaming center, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and much more.
Melo is also planning on building a public park along 23rd street.
