The luxury development The Estates at Acqualina, in Sunny Isles Beach, no longer has units in the south tower to sell. It is “sold out”, that is, the 154 exclusive residences, ranging in size from 300 m2 to 520 m2, have been sold. There are still a limited number of units for sale in the North Tower, which has 91 homes. The South Tower is scheduled to be delivered in the first quarter of 2022 and the North Tower in the second quarter.
In addition to the 154 units, the South Tower also offers two sinfle-family homes and two penthouses (penthouses) ranging in size from 560 m2 to 840 m2. All with private pool. Both sinfle-family homes and penthouses are also already sold.
The north tower will soon be sold-out as well. Only a few units are available for sale. They are 5-bedroom homes starting at $9.2 million. Some coverages are also available (prices to be consulted).
Estates at Acqualina consolidates the brand of the prestigious and traditional Acqualina Resort & Residences, considered the best resort in the United States by vehicles such Forbes and Tripadvisor.
In addition to the resort, the Acqualina brand also brings The Mansions at Acqualina, another exclusive development on the island. The three will be located side by side on the island, projecting Sunny Isles Beach as one of the finest and most elegant destinations in the world.
Sunny Isles Beach and its super luxury condominiums
The elegant and noble neighborhood of Sunny Isles Beach is a haven for super-luxury condominiums. Some of the best-known brands on the planet chose the destination to partner with local construction companies and build the so-called “Branded-Condos”, a global trend that attracts sophisticated investors. The most famous of these condominiums, opened in 2016, is the Porsche Design brand building. The condominium, which bears the name of the German sports car brand, offers its owners a car lift that allows you to park your vehicle inside the apartment.
Other condos associated with well-known brands in Sunny Isles are: Ritz Carlton Sunny Isles Beach, Trump Towers and Residences by Armani Casa. Soon, the same construction company as the Porsche Design Tower will launch Bentley Residences, a luxury residential tower in partnership with the British brand Bentley Motors. It will be the largest oceanfront residential tower in the Americas.
The Bentley Tower in Sunny Isles Beach will also bring the car lift, just like the Porsche Tower.
The so-called “Branded-Condos” are not restricted to Sunny Isles Beach in Miami. Another British car brand, Aston Martin, launched its first residential project in Brickell: the Aston Martin Tower, which reached the “Top -Off” (last floor built) now in 2021. The Aston Martin tower will be the largest in southern Manhattan, until the Waldorf Astoria Miami get ready and take it down. The latter, in Downtown, will be 350 m high.
