On average, last week’s condo sales averaged at about $683,000. This was up from $543,000 the prior week. The biggest closings were both at Palazzo Della Luna in Fisher Island. Unit 6873 sold for $11.5 million. This was around $2,400 per square foot after only 17 days on the market.
