Pandemic or not, Fisher Island remains one of the richest communities in the country. Reported Miami Herald.
The 33109 ZIP Code ranked 16th among the 130 wealthiest ZIP Codes in the United States, according to a 2020 report by the New York-based residential listing company PropertyClub.
The company analyzed closings and median sales prices from March through September. Fisher Island saw a median sales price of $3.071 million in this time frame, higher than its median sales price in 2019 of $1.95 million. In 2019, the island ranked 30th in the country.
