Right now, many high profile names are buying properties in South Florida. Recently, Joey Bosa, an NFL player for the Los Angeles Chargers purchased a Fort Lauderdale home for $5.8 million. The home, located at 2401 Solar Plaza Drive was purchased by Bosa through a trust.
The Fort Lauderdale home measures 5,482 square feet and has five bedrooms. In addition, it is pretty new, as it was built in 2019. For this sale, the home spent 139 on the market. Furthermore, the original listing price was $6.9 million. The house features an open floor plan, and has many incredible amenities. Not only does it have breathtaking water and sunset views, but it is also equipped with many cool features. For example, a wet bar, floating glass staircase, and a theater. In addition, the master suite features a private balcony. The backyard of the home has a pool, concrete dock, fire table, and grill.
The selling price equates to around $1,058 per square foot. This is pretty standard for new construction on Fort Lauderdale’s waterfront. Right now, many other high profile athletes are buying properties in South Florida.
