Recently, TV personality Michael Wekerle sold his Fort Lauderdale mansion for nearly $17M. Measuring 9,151 square feet, this mansion is truly a dream come true. The new owner is a trustee of The Prager Manga Reva Revocable Trust. Last year, the Fort Lauderdale mansion hit the market for $20 million.

Furthermore, the home features eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half baths. In addition, it also features a lap pool and a 520 feet of deep water frontage.

The Fort Lauderdale mansion was built by Adolphus Busch III in the 1930s. Some of the original features of the home such as the columns and tile work are still preserved. However, during his time of ownership, Wekerle did made some renovations. For example, he reroofed the home, and turned the garage into more bedrooms.

Originally, Wekerle purchased the mansion in 2014 for $12.5 million. In October, he listed it for $19.3M and later raised it to $20.3M in February. In addition to the home, the comedian’s art collection, which is valued between $2.5M-$3M was also included in the deal.
