From September 19 to the 25th, a Jade Ocean condo topped weekly sales. From that period, sales dollar volume reached $90.9 million. This was lower than the previous week, when the total was $123 million. This week, condos sold for an average of $494,000, a decrease from $622,000 the previous week.
The top sale of the week was unit 2104.2105 at Jade Ocean. This gorgeous apartment sold for $4.1 million, which was about $940 per square foot. The Sunny Isles apartment spent 107 days on the market. Similarly, the second top closing for this week was a unit at Elysee in Edgewater. This unit sold for $3 million, or about $910 per square foot. Similar to the Jade unit, this apartment spent 105 days on the market. The least expensive luxury sale this week was unit 2607 at Jade Beach. This unit only spent 11 days on the market, and sold for $1.5 million.
Furthermore, during this week, a unit at Eloquence on the Bay sold for $2 million after spending 725 days on the market. On the other hand, a unit in Porto Vita sold for $1.8 million after only one day on the market.
