Miami Worldcenter is changing Downtown Miami. With many new incredible projects, this development is one of the most anticipated ones in the area. Recently, it was announced that the 51-story Legacy Hotel and Residences got approval from the city. This incredible new building will feature 990,019 square feet of pure luxury. Furthermore, it will feature residential units, hotel rooms, office space, commercial and retail space, and a huge parking lot.
Legacy Hotel and Residences will include a vibrant mix of uses. In fact, the ground floor will feature hotel and condo lobby areas, as well as dining, retail, and a super cool pedestrian hardscape program. Furthermore, the second floor will feature a 3,000 square foot temple. The rest of the building will have a 251 key hotel, a 290-unit residential condominium, and a few levels of office space.
In addition, the amenities of this incredible project bring luxury to the next level. In fact, Legacy will feature a full suite of wellness facilities, many swimming pools, a sky lounge, hotel ballrooms, and much more. This new project will feature some of the most high-end design elements in the city.
As part of Miami Worldcenter, Legacy will help elevate the city. Miami Worldcenter is a $2 billion project aimed to transform 27 acres of urban core. The development will feature a mix of residential towers, retail stores, hotels, restaurants, and much more.
