Legacy is one of the few new developments in Miami that allow short-term lease/Airbnb without any restrictions (you can rent it for a day, a week, a month or a year). Beyond that, Legacy guarantees a minimum leaseback for the first 24 months in 8% gross income (5% net).

Legacy offers an online system that allows you to control and manage new reservations and rentals on your unit. If you prefer, you can even choose to leave the lease management under Legacy’s administration office without any concern.
