Mila, a renowned Lincoln Road restaurant just got approval to add an entertainment venue. In fact, the restaurant will be adding a 7,352 square foot nightlife space on the second floor of the 800 Lincoln Road building. This new area will serve drinks, food, and will feature live entertainment. However, the Mila Membership Lounge will be exclusive to members, who will be charged an annual fee of $8,000. In addition, this space will also be available for private parties.
The entertainment space will be a floor below the renowned Lincoln Road restaurant. Mila has been operating on the third-floor and outdoor rooftop since January 2020. The restaurant will be paying for the renovation of the second floor lounge, which will dramatically expand the restaurant’s capacity. The lounge will have room for 290 people, increasing the total capacity for the restaurant to 669.
This new expansion will bring more life to the already vibrant atmosphere of Lincoln Road. Although the main restaurant is only allowed to play ambient music, the owners got permission to play higher volumes at the lounge.
