Last week, both condo sales and dollar volume rose in Miami-Dade County. In total, 305 condos were sold for $235.2 million. This was up from the 243 condos that were sold for $154.9 the week before. The average price of the units sold was $771,000. This was up from the $634,000 average the previous week. The most expensive Miami-Dade condo sold was unit 1904 at Apogee in Miami Beach. The unit sold for $16 million after 337 days on the market. Similarly, the second most expensive condo sold was unit 6884 at Palazzo Della Luna on Fisher Island, which sold for $10.9 million.

Furthermore, the unit that spent the most days on the market was unit 701S at Oceana Key Biscayne Condo. The unit sold for $7.4 million after spending 860 on the market. On the other hand, the unit that spent the fewest days on market was unit 6855 at Palazzo Della Luna. It sold for $6.9 million after only 18 days on market.
