Natiivo is a development in Downtown Miami that broke ground earlier this year. The project made history for being the first groundbreaking in Miami since the pandemic and of 2021. The development is on schedule to top off in August 2022. Therefore, its completion is on schedule for third quarter of 2023. Furthermore, the project’s sales team has sold 60% of units. Despite the unprecedented times brought by the pandemic, the sales team of the project sold over 220 units in 2020.
Natiivo will have 448 condominium residences. In addition, there will be 140 condominium hotel residences, and a 100-unit hotel. Furthermore, the project will have 70,000 plus square feet of amenities. The concept “Natiivo Social” will include a culinary experience curated by LDV Hospitality, and Creative HQ that includes 127 for-sale office condos.
The development recently announced he addition of three coveted Miami brands. First, Dolce Mercato, also from LDV Hospitality, will offer authentic Italian cuisine. In addition, Bodega Taqueria, South Florida’s Mexican street food, and Gale Miami Hotel and Residences, the third Gale Hotel property in South Florida.
Right now, Downtown Miami is booming. Many people from all over the country are moving to South Florida. In addition, there have been recent announcements of high-profile tech and finance companies relocating to Miami.
