The planned Residences at Bal Harbour was just approved by the Architectural Review Board and will be constituted by 24-story, 61-unit luxury condo tower that would be built on the 2.7-acre property at 10245 Collins Avenue.
The existing Carlton Terrace, built in 1956, will be demolished and, as proposed, the mixed-use tower will include 22 levels of residential units, a variety of amenities, sunrise and sunset pools, and two floors for parking, a spa and medical office spaces.
Developers Related Group, Two Roads Development and Rockpoint Group are behind the projet.
