A new 18-story mixed-use residential development is being proposed for the area where Edgewater meets Midtown in the City of Miami, and not far from Wynwood.
The project would be almost 200,000 square feet and include a parking pedestal to hold up to approximately 180 vehicles. The project will contain 108 multi-family units and also calls for 4,600 square feet of commercial-retail space. The mixed-use tower will feature rootfop amenities and a pool deck so residents may appreciate the incredible city view.
The location couldn’t be better. It is just a block west of Biscayne Boulevard.
