Some of them are super charming little towns that have been attracting the attention of buyers, whether for investment, second home or housing. In this post we bring the communities that sold the most homes in the third quarter to Orange County (Orange County), the same county where the city of Orlando is located.
Winter Garden, Waterford Lakes and Windermere were the cities in Orange County where the housing market was most heated in the third quarter, according to the Orlando Regional Realtors Association Report. Hunter’s Creek also deserves attention. The master-planned community had a 78% increase in transactions compared to Q2 2020.
These neighborhoods in Orlando not only attract new buyers, but also developers looking for new land for construction. The idea is to take advantage of the aggressive demand for single-family houses.

Winter Garden
Just 20 minutes drive northwest of Orlando there is a small, charming town called Winter Garden. What makes it so special is its historic center with preserved architecture. Windermere
Windermere is a village close to the city of Orlando, in Orange County. Founded in 1889, Windermere has just under 2000 inhabitants and is a true oasis that still preserves that unique small, charming and bucolic feel in the middle of the emerging “Greater Orlando”. What makes the place even more special are the lakes. The whole region is a set of lakes where the famous Lake Butler is located in the center, which connects to 10 other smaller lakes, forming the Butler Chain of Lakes.
Hunters Creek
