Last week, Miami-Dade’s weekly luxury condo sales and dollar volume rose. In fact, a total of 246 condos sold last week. The total for all the sales was $207.2 million. This was up from the week before, when 237 condos sold for a total of $174.7 million. Units sold for an average of $846,000. However, this week’s most expensive sale was unit 6885 at Palazzo Della Luna on the exclusive neighborhood of Fisher Island. The Palazzo Della Luna condo sold for $23 million. This is $3,139 per square foot. The unit was only on the market for a total of 15 days.
Similarily, the second most expensive sale of the week was unit 8B at Faena House. This unit sold for $9.3 million. The Miami Beach condo was on the market for 64 days. On the other hand, the least luxury expensive sale of the week in Miami-Dade county was unit 2F at Three Hundred Collins. The unit spent 390 days on the market and sold for $3.2million.
As for days on the market, unit 1102 at Apogee spent the least days. In fact, it only spent one day on the market before selling for $8.4 million. On the other hand, PH-4 at The Bentley Bay Condo spent the most days on the market. This penthouse unit spent 1,645 days on the market before selling for $7 million.
