Brazilian architect Patricia Anastassiadis will be responsible for the interior design of the common social areas of the luxurious St. Regis Residences, recently launched in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Patricia is already internationally “recognised for developing unique architectural projects and formulating concepts combining aesthetics, technique and functionality”, as her office website describes.
The Anastassiadis office, headquartered in the Higienópolis district of São Paulo, has already operated in several countries, some of which are France, Antigua, Chile, Spain, Greece and Portugal.
Patricia has already been asked to plan the interiors of famous hotels both in Brazil and abroad, such as Palácio Tangará in São Paulo and Hotel Glória, in Rio de Janeiro. Now the St. Regis Residences, which is a mixed luxury project with residences and hotel rooms in Miami, will now be honored with the work of the Brazilian.
