One of the penthouses (penthouses) of the luxury condominium Regalia in Miami has just been sold at auction for US$ 21 million, as disclosed by the lawyer of the transaction to the South Florida Business Journal.
The penthouse is located in the exclusive neighborhood of Sunny Isles Beach and has 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a private internal elevator, wine cellar, games room, a rooftop with pool and deck, barbecue, among other amenities. The penthouse was sold fully furnished.
There are actually two master bedrooms and a primary en suite bathroom with a separate sauna, steam room, private terrace, hydrotherapy couples tub and dual showers, water closets and vanities. A unique manicure sink is located on one of the vanities. Only the bathroom costs nearly $ 1 million, with expensive Calacattam marble in every inch of the walls and floor.
