The Slate restaurant in Orlando is in the Restaurant Row area on Sand Lake Road. The restaurant is located in Unicorp’s new development in Parkside, in the neighborhood of Dr. Phillips. The opening of SLATE marks the first new Concentrics restaurant in central Florida since the company, founded by restaurateur named James Beard Bob Amick, launched Prato de Winter Park in 2012 and Luma no Park in 2006.

For you who bought a house in Orlando or intend to live in the region, this tip will certainly be useful.

SLATE brings a modern classic American restaurant to Orlando’s gastronomic scene. The varied and seasonal menu offers artisanal pastas, wood-fired pizzas, homemade charcuterie and other affordable options, such as seafood, fresh salads and hamburgers.

The design of SLATE, designed by The Johnson Studio, has a casual wood and brick atmosphere, which offers a centralized open bar and outdoor dining options.

Acclaimed executive chef Dominic Rice, a graduate of the Orlando Culinary Academy, has served in the kitchens of Gary Danko (San Francisco) and Jean Georges (New York).
