The housing prices in Miami-Dade County fell even more and for the first time in months the same thing happened in Broward County, making home buyers hopeful again..
The average sales price of single-family homes went from $570,000 in August to $551,250 in September. For Condos, prices went from $380,000 to a $375,000, according to the monthly sales report released by the Miami Association of Realtors.
The price decreases in South Florida happens, after climbing steadily from September 2021 through June 2022 and reaching historic high peaks of $579,000 for a house and $410,000 for a condo.
