A Surfside historic villa will become an exclusive luxury project by 2023. This $200 million development will bring to life the historic building by Fort Partners. “Seaway Villas” is located at 9149 Collins Ave. In fact, it was built in 1936, and deemed historically significant in 2014 by Miami-Dade County. The Surfside historic villa is a two-story beach-front and was the first apartment house in Surfside.

Because this building is historically significant, the firm will preserve its façade as part of its extension of the Surf Club Four Seasons Residences. In 2015 Fort Partners bought out unit owners. The plan is to tear down the walls between the 28 units in Seaway Villas in order to create two beachfront residential units. Each unit will have five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The units will list for $20 million. In addition, a restaurant will span across the first floor and face Collins Avenue.

Furthermore, this project includes a brand new luxury condominium that will be located between the Four seasons and Seaway Villas. It will be an 11-story high-rise and will replace the existing four-story Surf Club Apartments. In total, the condominium will have 25 units, ranging from two to seven bedrooms. Prices will range from $8 million to $50 million.

In addition, the residents at Seaway Villas and Surf Club Residences will enjoy a gym, spa, shared work spaces, pool, and more. The construction will begin in April, and is set for completion in 2023.
