A new co-living project in Miami Beach is moving forward. It will be located in Washington Avenue near the Post Office. In addition, it will be 6 stories and feature 60 residential units. Although some of the units will be for sale, there will be co-living units for rent.

All 60 units will be furnished. Buyers will have the option of purchasing a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout. As for the co-living units, these feature individual rooms with private baths with access to all common areas. These will start at $1000 per month. Common areas will include a kitchen, living area and dining room. In addition, the building will also feature great amenities. For example, a cafe and marketplace, gym and rooftop deck with pool, yoga lawn, and bar.

In addition to the new co-living project in Miami Beach, the adjacent 4-story office building will be converted into co-working spaces. These offices will cater to the growing demand of workspace in the Miami Beach area. In fact, as more and more businesses relocate to South Florida, office demand is likely to continue growing. The co-working concept will cater to the needs of entrepreneurs and established businesses that are looking for private office space in the area.

As of now, plans are moving ahead for both projects.
