From June 13 to June 19, the dollar volume in condo sales in Miami-Dade fell slightly. There were 237 condos sold for a total of $159 million. This is slightly down from the prior week, where there were 273 South Florida condo sales totaling $210.1 million.

The average price per unit was of $671,000. Again, this is slightly down from the previous week, where the average was $770,000. The week’s sales were led by a stunning unit at Oceana Bal Harbour. Unit 2802 at the condo sold for $19.1 million. That is $3269 per square foot. The beautiful unit spent 77 days on the market.

The second most expensive unit sold for the week was unit 1004 at Fendi Chateau in Surfside. The South Florida condo sold for $7.3 million after 696 days on the market. This unit was also the sale that spent the most days on the market. On the other hand, unit 2603 at Porto Vita sold for $3 million after only spending 11 days on the market.

On the other hand, the least expensive luxury unit sold in that period was unit 4402 at Acqualina Resort & Residences. The condo sold for $2.3 million after spending 259 days on the market.
