PulteGroup, a national homebuilder, bought 98 lots at Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens. The group paid $13.7 million for the lots, and plans to build single-family home community. In total, Pulte paid nearly $140,000 per lot.

The planned development will be named “Avondale at Avenir. It will have 390 single-family homes. The prices will start from the $600,000s. Furthermore, the houses will have one or two stories, and will range from three to four bedrooms. There will be five different floor plans ranging from 2,269 square feet to 3,339 square feet. In addition, the community will feature amenities such as a fitness center, a spa, and a resort-style pool. Pulte Home Company LLC already owns neighboring land. In addition, the PulteGroup also plans to buy more land in the future for the housing development.

Pulte has been active in South Florida with many projects. Its projects include Boca Flores in Boca Raton, Ancient Tree in Palm Beach Gardens, amongst others. In November, the homebuilder acquired 31 acres in Lake Worth, as well as 20 acres in Lauderdale Lakes.
