A South Miami-based developer sold a Palmetto Bay apartment complex for $58.2 million. The Soleste Bay Village is located at 18301 South Dixie Highway. Furthermore, it was sold to Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management. The apartment complex features 213 units on two acres.
Westdale Real Estate is a Dallas-based company that focuses on nationwide real estate investment, property management, leasing and construction. Right now, they own about 200 commercial and multifamily complexes in 30 cities.
Furthermore, the Palmetto Bay apartment complex is not the only investment the firm has done in South Florida. In fact, in June the firm bought a 306 unit complex in West Miami. In addition, they also acquired another 338 unit complex in April.
