A developer is planning on building an incredible Miami residential project. In fact, the project will consist of two 20-story buildings containing residential units, commercial-retail uses, and office space. Furthermore, it will be located at 3898 Shipping Ave. in the southern region near Coral Gables.
The project was recently recommended for approval, and it will be called “Merrick Towers.” Furthermore, the entire floor area will be over 300,000 square feet. It will feature 268 residences, 32,200 square feet of offices, 6,342 square feet of ground floor retail, and about 5,911 square feet of open space. Furthermore, it will also feature a parking area for 288 vehicles.
60 of the units will be small, micro units. These will measure between 275 and 400 square feet. This new Miami residential project was designed by Atelier305.
Furthermore, the property will also be walking distance from the Village of Merrick Park’s shops and restaurants. In addition, the property offers convenient access to major roads such as South Dixie Highway.
