GEO Group executive, David Meehan, recently sold his Boca Raton home for $19 million in an off-market deal. The 11,753 square foot home was purchased by professional racer, Jason McCarthy and his wife. In total, the price of the home equated to $1616 per square foot.

The Boca Raton home was built on a .62 acre site in 2019. In fact, this was the first time this property has been sold. The beautiful mansion features five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. In addition, it also has a balcony, a summer kitchen and pool, and an elevator.

Jason McCarthy is famous for racing in the Ferrari Challenge for HK Motorcars. In fact, he has completed 26 races over three seasons.

Right now, the Boca Raton real estate market is on fire. Therefore, it is no surprise that the professional racer wanted to snatch this opportunity. The home is located in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club. There has been a huge surge in home sales in the gated community. In fact, this was the 12th sale of over $10 million within the community so far this year.
