Right now, Brickell is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in South Florida. Not only is it Miami’s financial district, but it is also full of great food, art, and entertainment. Recently, TimeOut released a “Coolest Neighborhoods” list, and it is no surprise that this trendy Miami neighborhood made it into the cut. Brickell was one of only five neighborhoods in the United States to make it into the list. The other American neighborhoods honored with this title were Andersonville (Chicago), Chelsea (New York), Silver Lake (LA), and Central Square (Boston).
To create the list, TimeOut used results from an index survey which polled 27,000 people. Then, the results were shared with local editors and contributors to pick the final list. On the list, the platform refers to Brickell as “Miami’s mini Manhattan.” This Miami neighborhood continues to grow and evolve. With so many luxury condos, high-end restaurant, and entertainment options, it is no surprise why this neighborhood has become so trendy.
This awesome neighborhood is especially perfect for young professionals. Not only is it the business heart of Miami, but it also provides a fun and fast-paced city life.
