Good news for the Coral Gables real estate market. A new $50 million village of duplexes, townhouses, and condos is on the works. This will replace existing apartment rental buildings with a very nice and luxurious community.
“Gables Village” will consist of about 50 units to the Coral Gables area by 2024. It will be set on 17 lots. The project will feature some duplexes, three-story condominiums, and three-story townhouses. In addition, the new community will feature options that range from many layouts and prices.
Furthermore, the 1,300 square foot condos will feature two bedrooms, two baths, and a den. These willl start at about $845,000. On the other hand, each 2000 duplex will feature three beds and four baths which will start at about $1.3 million.
There will also be townhouses that will feature around 3,200 square feet. These will have three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a den. These will go for about $2 million.
The community will also feature some amazing amenities. For starters, it will have a community center with a pool, gym, and yoga room.
Final plans for this Coral Gables real estate project will be submitted to the city by next year, with the hopes of starting construction by mid 2022.
