Hospitality guru Mio Danilovic is turning his hand to residential development. Danilovic received design approval from the city of Miami Beach to replace the existing two-story building at 1311 15th Terrace with four sleek condos designed by restaurant-hotel architecture firm Francois Frossard Design – TAI Hospitality. Townhouse units range from 2,077 square feet to 2,127 square feet. Reported Miami Herald.
The project, located at the center of a residential neighborhood, stands in stark contrast to the two-story Art Deco buildings adjacent to the site. But it is contextually appropriate with the scale and modernist design of other recent projects nearby, according to the application.
