According to The Real Deal, Dezer Development has tried to evict at least six tenants from its Intracoastal Mall in North Miami Beach, in order to move ahead with its redevelopment of the mall, according to the Daily Business Review.
Dezer could build up to 2,000 residential units, 2.5 million square feet of commercial space and buildings up to 40 stories tall on the east side of the property at 3501 Sunny Isles Boulevard, just along the Intracoastal Waterway.
Dezer Development is responsible for several luxury Miami Condos in Miami, such as Porsche Design Tower.
