The 50-story south tower at the super-luxurious Estates at Acqualina condominium in Sunny Isles Beach has received a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO). Buyers can now take ownership of their units in what is now one of the most luxurious condominiums in the world.

The closing of the 154-unit condominium tower began yesterday.

The south tower is 646 feet above the ground, exactly matching the height of the tallest towers in Sunny Isles.

In addition to the 154 units, the South Tower also offers two single-family homes and two penthouses (penthouses) ranging in size from 560 m2 to 840 m2. All with private pool. Both single-family homes and penthouses are also sold out.

The north tower will soon be sold-out as well. Only a few units are available for sale. These are 5-bedroom homes starting at $9.2 million. Some coverages are also available (prices on request).

Estates at Acqualina consolidates the brand of the prestigious and traditional Acqualina Resort & Residences, considered the best resort in the United States by vehicles such as Forbes and Tripadvisor.

The north tower of Estates at Acqualina is nearing completion and also has 50 floors. This tower is taller than any other in Sunny Isles, with a height of 667 feet above the ground.
