The Estiatorio Milos restaurant in Miami is recognized as one of the best Mediterranean food restaurants in the world. It is also present in New York, Montreal, Athens, Las Vegas and London. Founded by acclaimed chef Costas Spiliadis, the restaurant is famous for fish and seafood served fresh and prepared simply, as in Greece.

The ambient is quite large and nicely decorated. The kitchen is open and visible for all to monitor the implementation of the dishes. Next to it there is a counter with several fish and fresh seafood that can be chosen by customers to eat on time.

The Estiatorio Milos is a very famous and busy restaurant in Miami Beach, so it is recommended to book well in advance. Despite offering a very varied menu in terms of price, it is considered a little more expensive and exclusive, especially at dinner. But at lunch, it offers an executive menu with starter, main course and dessert. I really recommend the lunch menu if you want to know the place and not spend too much.

My recommendation for dessert is the traditional greek yogurt, served with honey and walnuts (pictured below):
