Two new towers are coming to Fort Lauderdale. In fact, the 300-foot towers will be the tallest on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The developer of the new Fort Lauderdale real estate project announced that it will be launching sales for both of the towers. Each of the towers will be 26 stories and will feature 2014 units.
Furthermore, the project will also feature 5,300 SF of restaurant space. The developer originally acquired the 2.6 acre site in 2017. The towers will feature two and three bedroom units that will range from 1,400 to 3,200 SF. Units will start at $900k. “Selene,” the two tower project, was inspired by the idea of building homes in the sky. Each unit will be beautiful and will bring luxury to the next level.
Right now, the Fort Lauderdale real estate market is experiencing a huge boom. In fact, the city has 32 approved projects on the pipeline and 144 projects in review. For example, a Four Seasons will open this year.
