The elegant neighborhood of Sunny Isles Beach, in Miami, will receive yet another gastronomic option. The Japanese fusion restaurant Ke-uH has just announced the opening of a unit within the luxurious resort Acqualina & Resort & Residences. The residential and hotel complex has been awarded several times as one of the most luxurious in Florida and already has two other famous gastronomic flags: Costa Grill and Il Mulino New York.

The fusion menu will bring from gourmet pizza to ponzu sauce, soy yuzu, options drizzled with truffle oil, as well as a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, as well as vegan and gluten-free options.

Ke-uH at Acqualina is the third unit of the restaurant in Miami, after the Ke-uH in Weston and Kazumi in Key Biscayne.

Other famous restaurants in Sunny Isles are Bourbon Steak, known for its signature butter-poached steaks and duck fat fries, and Timo Restaurant, with amazing Italian and Mediterranean favorites and a unique wine list.

The arrival of Ke-uH to Sunny Isles Beach follows the evolution of the island as one of the most luxurious resorts in the world. In addition to the Acqualina Resort, the island is home to several other very luxury condominiums in Miami, such as the Ritz Carlton Sunny Isles, Armani Residences and Porsche Design Tower. The latter was a milestone in the Miami real estate market, as it offers a high-tech car lift that allows residents to park their sports cars in the living room. In this way, the resident can enter the car in the building and enter the elevator directly, without being seen.
