It’s official! Miami Beach‘s tallest building is officially on its way. Terra, GFO Investments, and New Valley plan to break ground on “Five Park” a 48 story tower in Alton Road. Upon its completion in 2023, this will become the tallest building in Miami Beach at 519 feet. The project will have roughly 280 units.
Five Park will feature two, three, and four bedroom units as well as penthouse and multifamily units. Miami Beach’s tallest building will also have amazing amenities. Some will include swimming pools, a restaurant, lounge areas, a spa, a fitness center, and more. The building will also offer direct access to Canopy Park and the Miami Beach Baywalk.
